  • Defining the company-wide authentication strategy for 10+ sites and 500+ applications — from target architecture to the roadmap for SSO, MFA and passwordless
  • Designed and rolled out the SSO/MFA target architecture — unified single sign-on instead of fragmented per-application logins
  • Led cross-site MFA rollouts (2 regions, ~10,000 employees) — stakeholder alignment, migration planning and handover to operations
